Exchange Policy
(We only offer exchanges or store credit)
Our policy lasts 7 days! If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it!
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
ONLY regular priced items may be exchanged or receive store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be.
Returns (if applicable)
We except returned items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aubreymeredith@icloud.com and send your item to: 9423 N. Kensington ave.
